Bethel


Bethel, or Bethel Music, is an American Christian band founded by Brian Johnson and Jenn Johnson, in 2001, with songwriters and worship leaders from Bethel Church, based in Redding, California.

Brian Johnson, born Brian Mark Johnson on March 17, 1978, is an American contemporary worship musician, worship pastor, and co-founder of Bethel Music with wife Jenn Johnson.

Jenn Johnson, born Jennifer Louise Rock on April 15, 1982, is an American contemporary worship musician and co-founder of Bethel Music with husband Brian Johnson.

Leah Johnson is the younger sister of Brian Johnson.

Leah Johnson married Gabe Valenzuela in 2001.

Chris Quilala and Kim Walker, Jesus Culture worship leaders, were featured on the live debut album, “Here Is Love,” released on October 20, 2009.

Bethel Church parted ways with William Matthews, former worship leader, on June 13, 2016, due to the singer’s allegations of racism against President Donald Trump.
